Don once dreamed of running his own company at a young age. He developed a passion for teaching as a district trainer for a large pharmacy chain starting at 18, then continued as he was a martial arts instructor for almost 10 years.
Teaching in the classroom began in college as a teaching assistant and continued as the Director of the Pharmacy Technician Program at a local community college then onto the middle school science classroom where he truly embraced his passion.
Don oversees the creative direction at ScienceTime Consulting as well as business development.

Michelle knew she wanted to teach in 4th grade when her teacher sparked a deep passion for learning in her heart.
Teaching began for Michelle in college where she set up a tutoring program for peers struggling in mathematics. With nearly 20 years in education, Michelle has taught in the classroom, for surrounding districts, at state and national conferences.
Michelle oversees the development and presentation of math curriculum.
